If an image does not yet exist, then you need to follow the style guides for creating a new image Once an image exists, it is easy to use it on an encyclopedia page. Place the cursor at the location on the encyclopedia page where you wish the image thumbnail to appear. Select the picture icon at the top of the Body Text editor or type CTRL-Shift P to bring up the image dialog box. There are three choices. If the image already exists somewhere in your workspace, make that selection and simply click on the file name. If the image exists in the encyclopedia network system, also brows to find it and click on it to select. Having selected the image, select the size of the thumbnail to appear on the page. Try making the width to 200, the height will appear automatically. You can adjust this size later. You can align the image so it appears justified to the right, left, top, or bottom.
