Meeting with Mike Athens

GENERAL

1. Maintain the focus 'view','edit','publishing status','folder contents' when navigating around the system
2. Change 'Change' and 'Change and View' to 'Save' and 'Save and View'
3. Add link type that will create our multi parent solution for the time being.  These objects will show up in the navigation tree with a different symbol than + that will distinguish it as a link to another section.

FIGURES - Priority 1

1. Make all images clickable to get full size and description by default.  Take out the thumbnail check box and just leave the size boxes
2. Change padding to spacing and make it default to 10
3. Check layout issues with images extending over the border of the div elements
4. You CAN change image attributes by selecting the image and clicking on the image button
5. Change insertion radio buttons to inserting from desktop or encyclopedia like links
6. Change contributors to permission of use statement
7. Combine properties tab and edit tab all under edit for images
8. Borders are not showing in the view. Possible style sheet conflict???

CITATIONS - Priority 4

1. Seperate published citations and citations in authors desktop with radio buttons.
2. Talk to Willie about creating a citation without referencing the object.
3. Link to full text/SRS site - low 

TABLES - Priority 3

1. Make a product based on CMFDocument that stores tables.  When inserting tables into an Encyclopedia page, do it just like citations and enter a link to that table view. 
2. Restrict the visual editor for editing tables so that they can only format text and alter the table structure. NO images, links, etc.
3. The text that is inserted into the encyclopedia page is: (Table: Title of the table)
4. Can create a table index to tools.

EDITOR GENERAL - Priority 2

1. Any object that has a path will have an Encyclopedia ID (eid).  You should be able to access that object directly by entering 'eid:###' in the main search box.
2. Make the editor frame/window longer (try 2x current length)
3. Take out copyright on encyclopedia page edit
4. Move contributors input box below the editor
